About Me
I am a Product Designer based in Pune, India. Having 1.5+ years of industry experience and 2+ years of practical experience, I have a multidisciplinary skill set that integrates user understanding with company goals and strategies. Working with different teams has made me interested in building processes that get translated into products and deliver tangible business results.
I have a profound interest in End-to-End UX Research Methods and processes, Product Design, and Business Strategy.
Currently I work as a Lead Designer at Logibricks. Logibricks is a SaaS company that caters to manufacturing and retail/e-commerce industries with ERP, Order Management System, and a payment reconciliation tool.

My Process
I use Design Thinking and user-centered design process to solve complex user & design problems.
My Design Process are as follows:
1) Discovery
Listening is the first stage in every effort. Understanding the source of the problem is the first step toward finding a viable solution. This involves properly connecting with the end-user and comprehending the business requirements or unique circumstances. Who are they, what are their assumptions, what are their demands, how do they utilize current goods in "real-life," where do they click, what devices do they use, and what do they want to achieve in the end?
2) Brainstorm, Analyze and Plan
After gaining a thorough knowledge of the problem we're seeking to address, I do market research, competition analysis, and solution exploration. I'd like to understand as much as possible about the competitive landscape. In addition, I research a variety of apps from across the digital environment in order to generate new ideas and UI design solutions. I start sketching concepts, establishing work flows, and constructing basic prototypes once I have enough information.
3) Sketches, Wireframes (Low-Fidelity),Visual UI Design (Hi-Fidelity)
I begin the process of visual UI design of the hi-fidelity screens after investigating prospective concepts, designing user processes, and structuring wireframes. This comprises establishing the first pieces that will be utilised to construct the overall design system. I'll determine the colours, font, iconography, photos, graphics, and general design language as I develop each of the important screens.
4)Communication: Stakeholders, Engineers and Users
It's critical to maintain open lines of communication with all parties involved in the design process, including product owners, key stakeholders, engineers, and the end user. I'll be in touch with the team on a regular basis, presenting wireframes, drawings, and early prototypes for feedback.
5) Hand-Off, Assist and Monitor Development
I'll collaborate with engineers throughout the development process after the designs are approved and accepted. I'll make certain that the engineers understand the designs, interactions, and general flow of the project. It is my responsibility to assist the engineers throughout the development process by giving all assets, information, and monitoring the project's progress.
6) User Testing, Validatation, Iteration
It's critical to get a digital product in front of users before signing off and releasing it into production. This can be done via early interactive prototypes or production ready demos. At this point, the goal is to see if you've struck the mark and solved all of the difficulties. Is it possible for users to complete activities in a user-friendly manner, are there any barriers or current pain points? We can iterate and make improvements as needed based on the data and conclusions.
